The rental unit is situated at the front of a beachfront home, offering breathtaking views of Kailua Bay. With its own private entrance, you'll find convenient parking in the driveway just steps from your door. Inside, the cozy bedroom features a queen-size bed, complemented by an overhead ceiling fan for your comfort. An adjoining private bathroom comes equipped with essential bath towels and beach towels for your use.

This charming apartment includes a dining area, cable TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi for your connectivity needs. To keep you cool during your stay, air conditioning is also available. The fully equipped kitchenette offers a microwave, a large sink, a Keurig coffeemaker (with four complimentary K-cups), an electric hot water kettle, a refrigerator with freezer, toaster, dishes, and utensils. Note that cooking is limited to microwave use only, so you'll need to bring your own food and beverages along with personal toiletries.

Your oasis extends beyond the interior, as you have direct sidewalk access to a private lawn area, perfect for relaxing while you take in panoramic views of Kailua Bay and the Mokulua Twin Islands. Just a short walk away, you will find steps leading directly to the beach. For your convenience, lounge and beach chairs are provided exclusively for use on the rental premises, along with outdoor hoses and faucets for rinsing off after a day in the sun. Additionally, clotheslines are available right outside your rental for drying swimsuits, towels, and other items.

Please note our reservation policy: a minimum stay of 2 nights is required, with a maximum stay of 8 nights. During the Christmas and New Year holiday period, we prioritize a 4-night minimum booking. A $50 arrival/departure fee applies during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Rates are determined based on 1-2 adults; all reservations operate on a first-come basis. Guests must be 21 years or older; children are not permitted.

Cancellation policies are stringent: to receive a full refund, cancellations must occur at least 60 days before arrival. For half refunds, a cancellation must happen between 30 and 60 days prior. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.

We kindly enforce house rules to ensure a peaceful environment: only microwave cooking is allowed, smoking is prohibited, and the total number of guests should remain minimal—only 1-2 guests at a time without any overnight visitors. All social activities must take place outside, specifically on the beach. Parties and entertaining in the rental or on the premises are not allowed. When you leave the rental, please turn off all electrical appliances like AC and lights, and kindly store large equipment such as surfboards or bikes outside the rental or securely in the garage. We ask that you rinse off sand and dirt before entering the rental to maintain cleanliness.

Please remember to leave the rental in the same neat condition it was upon your arrival, as additional charges may apply for cleaning if excessive dirt or sand is left behind. Rest assured, this is a licensed rental unit, compliant with local regulations.
